Hi, I am Malek Banoun—founder of Mind Body Performance (MBP) and a coach with over 12 years of hands-on experience helping athletes, professionals, and everyday people build stronger bodies, sharper minds, and sustainable confidence.


But MBP isn’t just about workouts.


It’s about showing up consistently, training with purpose, and building a system that actually fits your life.


I’ve worked with:
