How do I receive the program?

After completing your purchase, Coach Malek will personally reach out to schedule a kickoff call. Before the call, you’ll receive an Onboarding Form to gather important details about your goals, training experience, schedule, and any limitations.

During your kickoff call, Coach Malek will walk you through every element of your program, including:


  • App setup and navigation

  • Your customized workout plan

  • Your nutrition guidelines and daily targets

  • Habit tracking, accountability tools, and expectations

  • How to get support, ask questions, and track progress

This ensures you begin your program with full clarity, confidence, and a plan built specifically for you.

Is this a subscription based program?

MBP Full Access is a subscription model, while other programs are a one-time payment programs for a little higher fee.

Is each month the same?

No, we adapt each month. Every 4th coaching call we will analyze the month and reassess goals and adjust as needed to see continuous progress.

How do I cancel?

MBP Full Access is month to month you can cancel anytime by emailing support at mbpcoachingteam@gmail.com

For one-time payments if you feel you haven't seen results you were promised you can ask for a 100% refund, no questions asked.

I'm new to the gym - is this good for a beginner?

Coach Malek has trained very new beginners to elite high school athletes who went onto play at the higher level.

All levels are welcomed, and we meet you where you're at now.
